Delete your account

Takes about a minute

You can delete your JA! Reisen account and everything associated with it — your account, tokens, push registrations, and any trips you created that have no other members — directly from the app:

  1. Open Settings (gear icon on the home screen).
  2. Scroll to the account section and tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. The account and its data are removed permanently.
Trips you share with other people are not deleted — you're removed from them and the rest of the group keeps their plan. Trips where you were the only member are deleted.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have linked a Google account, your trips can't be recovered after deletion.
